How the service works?
Reserve online in advance
Book your luggage pickup online at least one day in advance. Flight-day bookings are not available.
Hotels or short-term rentals luggage pick-up in Prague
On the morning of your pickup day, we'll send you an SMS with your driver's contact details. Pickups take place between 9:00 and 11:00 AM, with an exact time arranged in advance.
Flight-day airport delivery
Your luggage is safely transported to the airport and delivered on the day of your flight, before departure.
Meet your driver at the airport
Pick up your luggage directly from our driver at the airport. They will be ready for you in the designated pickup area within the departure zone.

When you arrive at the airport, you can meet our driver at P2 Express Parking, located directly in front of Terminal 2 on the elevated level by the Departure Hall. P2 Express is an outdoor parking area on the second floor, perfect for quick stops to hand over your luggage. Look for the Voyli.one vehicle in the pick-up zone.
